CHARTERED ORGANIZATION
The Rotary Club of Arcadia is the chartered organization for Troop 103. It receives a national charter yearly to use the Scouting program as a part of its youth work. The chartered organization provides a meeting place, approves all adult leaders, and provides a representative to be a liaison to the Troop.
